Our San Diego Personal Injury Attorney Takes No Legal Fees Unless He Successfully Obtains You Compensation

In the video below, San Diego accident lawyer Bonnici Law Group explains how he works on behalf of almost all of his clients on a contingency fee basis. Contingency fees allow individuals to pursue their deserved justice without having to pay any out-of-pocket costs, which for claims needing to go to trial can be tens of thousands of dollars. Our San Diego bike accident lawyer is able to advance these costs for you, and he will only take a reasonable percentage from the recovery you receive at the conclusion of your case.

If you are dealing with the aftermath of a serious car accident or bike accident caused by the negligence of another, reach out to the Bonnici Law Group to learn more about how we may be able to offer assistance.

In almost all cases, I work on a contingency fee basis and to you that means if I accept your case, you don’t pay anything unless we win. Then you pay a percentage of the amount of money that we obtained for you. We will also advance costs on your behalf. For a case that’s going to go to trial, for example, those costs can sometimes be in the tens of thousands of dollars. So, a contingency fee model is what makes legal services available to everyone and it levels the playing field.

The large companies typically pay their attorneys by the hour and the companies will pay costs whereas the average person doesn’t have that kind of money or couldn’t afford to finance the case. In our case, we will finance it for you and then you only pay us at the end if we win.
