One man, 40-year-old Taylor Griffin of Portland, died and a woman, 43-year-old Carrie Davenport of Freeport, was hospitalized following a tragic car accident in Northern California on October 17, according to the PressHerald.com.
The accident occurred late sometime the night of October 16th, although the California Highway Patrol did not discover the crash until 11 a.m. the following day. According to accident reports, Griffin lost control of his rental 2012 Corvette on a curve in California’s Wine Country. The car rolled over on the side of the road. Davenport eventually climbed out of the car and called police on her cell phone. She was taken to Santa Ross Memorial Hospital.
The California Highway Patrol is still investigating the accident. Do you think driving a rental sports car made a difference in this crash?
